Hi Brad,
Yes it is for money sites and article marketing, it will be unique if you spin it enough to make it so. You can use Copyscape to check check the net and make sure that is completely unique, and also the spinner shows you a uniqueness count in the console. The most important thing is to spin the PLR or whatever content you want to rewrite at least 80-85%.

Yes it can certainly do that, it depends on how much you spin it, you can always use Copyscape to check for uniqueness.

Article spinner are really a good tool, Right now I am using Articlee Rewriter Pro for a year now and it works perfectly for me. But ofcourse I am still looking and searching if there are a much better one. So i will probably give this one a try.
