Link building stopped for a few weeks while I was on holiday, and looking closer my total links have gone down and my SERPs have taken a slight hit. Makes sense really!

What I believe links still important to faster the crawler to index my site. More page being indexed by crawler it means more money for me.

PR is overrated. Sure it's a good way to initially measure a websites strength, but if you base all your assumption on page rank, well... let's just say the huge profits you're expecting are going to be a bit less huge. Wzorkis last blog post..Pazurki od Eweliny

I lost PR on two sites as well. I suspect that there is a big change in the algo that is being rolled out and it is not done yet.

My PR increased on one site and down on another .Not sure why.Google seems to be updating page rank more frequently these days compared to the past.

For sure, don’t worry about it, it really means very little, it’s all about the SERPS.
