Free Website Tool – Analyze and Fix Load Times

Just a quick post for those of you who want to check the speed of your websites and also analyze any issues that maybe causing slow loading of websites and blogs.

Google has a developed a cool free website tool called Page Speed that works with the Firefox add-on Firebug, and it analyzes your websites and offers a list of problems that cause slow loading websites, which we all know are an irritant and can cause visitors to leave before they even enter.

This tool also tells you how to fix these issues for faster load times.

Learn more at Google Webmaster Central Blog - Page Speed and get make sure to get the Firefox Firebug Addon as well as Page Speed, which, has very user-friendly instructions for install as well as use of the tool.

There are a few plugins out there to check page speeds, but this certainly seems to be one of the better ones.

Google always comes out some great tools for internet user. Google want to take over the World Wide Web, as you know Microsoft launched Bing search engine few days ago, Google meets its’ competitor now. lol!

I’ll download it in my laptop once I get home, definitely not in my office desktop.

Thank you for the page speed link I use a few google products and they can be very useful, would be better if they could put a list of tools in the webmaster tools section though so its easier to find.

  @JR omg yes i prefered that old interface. Unless they was planning on adding useful tools to it I dnt see why they wasted their time lol the old one was more user friendly I thought.

    I agree, I hate that the font is all small, it just sucks!
