Some good tips here, I may try them next time I work from home as I am very guilty of wasting time now and again. When I have trouble focusing I usually write down all the tasks I want to get done on a whiteboard and cross them off as I get through them. It gives you focus and also a sense of achievement because you can see yourself moving forward.

I see two possible reasons for the flagging…

1. According to my email, you posted a lotta comments pretty much at the same time…this can do it.

2. Check with your ISP – if it’s been flagged at the base, you could be in trouble.

Lock your door to stop your friends coming around when they have the day off work because they know you will be in lol!!!

Thanks and welcome. LOL…that checking affiliate accounts has to be the number one distraction for AM’ers. I also notice that when I do that too much, and there are no new commissions from hour to hour, I get irritated and that is a distraction too, I totally agree once or twice a week is best.

I know me too, I am basically a very disorganized person, and doing the unnecessary is usually seems so much easier and sometimes funner than the necessary , much easier to click around email than to write 300 words about some techie crap!

This is what I'm pretty good at - failing to prioritize and ending up doing the unnecessary first while neglecting the other priorities. I'm not a good planner either and I'm having a hard time trying to stick to a schedule but I'm improving each day and your article kinda serves as a good reminder.
