You may have noticed the giant jumping gator on the home page of my blog, and here he is again!!!
Even though my blog is new, I think my readers know me well enough to be sure that I do my best to provide quality content and material that is honest, hands-on and usable for all of our Internet Marketing endeavors.
In the same same light, all the banners that you see on my blog and all the products that I mention in my posts, are products I use and can honestly recommend to my readers. By nature, I am no salesperson, in fact I could not sell cheese to a mouse.

1. Since signing up with them over a year ago, there has literally been almost NO downtime, so my site is always available and visitors rarely get an error message when they visit my sites.
2. There is 24/7 Online Chat and phone for customer support and the longest I have ever waited for a support rep to come online was 5 minutes. The support is fantastic and they always hold my hand through any technical issues or questions I have. Other hosting I have used I had to wait sometimes over 45 minutes!!!

Thanks for the tip. I am moving one of my sites to a new web host and will look into your recommendation. With so many web hosts out there, sometimes it’s hard to figure which is the best. While we’re at it, want to share some tips on what platform you are using to build your sites?

It is difficult to choose, but I can give a guarantee that with Hostgator you won’t be sorry. Also I believe if you are moving sites they will do it for you free, which is a great plus, if you are technically challenged in that area it can be a hassle.
I have used several platforms, Webeasy7Pro, CoffeeCup, BANS and this blog is my first WordPress. W7Pro and CoffeeCup are both WYSIWYG, and they are great. For niche sites I use and recommend BANS, here is my detailed review: Review of Build a Niche Store. I love BANS because it is easy to build sites and they are SEO ready, also you can use the software to build any type of site and not just around the eBay affil program. WP is also great all around, and you can turn off the pings and comments and make it a static site.

My web host charges me $80 per year, my site is on two different servers (he owns both), and barring a major hurricane, I’ve got 100% uptime (knock on wood). He’s also a Disc Jockey like me, so he understands our type of business and he charges me $15 per 1/2 hour for HTML editing (cheap).

I’ve been using HostGator for about a year now and haven’t been happier. Before I used DreamHost and had nothing but problems with the control panel and the sluggishness with my sites. I quickly xferred everything to HG and was up in no time.

Hostgator are good because they are not the owners , so they only focus on sales and technical support .
They are only resellers for the planet

Why not you try VPS or dedicated hosting? More reliable and you have more control on your own hosting. And the best part is you don\’t have to share with others. Price of course is the issues for some normal webmaster and blogger.
