For Internet Marketers Quit is a Four Letter Word!

Are you aggressively using the tools and techniques that you have learned in Internet and Affiliate Marketing and there is yet to be a payoff? Are you frustrated? Thinking about quitting?
Welcome to the club. We have all been there. It is an undeniable fact that any honest Internet/Affiliate Marketer will tell you.
Once you see through the bullshit offered by the so called “gurus” that spew out the hype of “get rich overnight” and “make millions while you sleep”, and actually get your feet wet in your online business, the reality of the hard work with no quick pay-offs sets in.
It is a fact that many Internet Marketers quit if they do not see profits early on, this is especially true for those of use who have day jobs, go to school or even the Internet marketing mom, who is busy taking care of kids, but please realize, this is not a business of instant gratification. There is no set formula as to when the money will come. Success in this business is greatly based on experience, testing, failures, dedication, commitment, drive and time.
Experience - Hands-on experience is key to success, and I don’t mean for two weeks. This is a hands-on business, learn the tools and techniques and apply them. THAT is the only way to truly understand this business and succeed in it.
Try, Test, Fail and Try again! This is a motto to live by! This is a business of trying, testing, tweaking and analyzing to see what works and what doesn’t. Don’t treat the failures as your enemies, embrace them and use them to propel you forward, in the world of affiliate marketing they are a learning tool.
Dedication, Commitment and Drive - The truly successful Internet Marketers are very dedicated, committed and so driven that quitting is not an option. They push forward and do not stop until they succeed.
Time. Time. Time. It often takes time to make money online. Sometimes months and even years, (greatly depending on how much time you have to invest in it), this is just a reality, the faster you accept it as the norm the easier your journey will be.
Also, remember that this work is tedious, link building, for example, while a necessary evil is a TOTAL MONOTONOUS BORE!! Sometimes you need to take a break, step away, take a couple of days off, get some rest, eat, refresh! It’s okay the roof won’t fall in.
When you feel like quitting, read positive success stories! Go to the forums! 5 Star Affiliate Marketing Forums has a special thread section for Success Stories, we all need to hear those, they are a great motivator to continue.
Taking all of this into consideration, I am here to tell you that it is not only possible but very probable to make a full time + income online.

Great advice. Beginners need to realize that they will fail at some point and may have a hard time at first but they WILL make money if they follow a good plan and keep working at the plan.

I think the most important aspect of internet marketing is staying focussed and refusing to quit. You need to lay out a plan and stick to it. As soon as you make 1 sale you know that more can follow as long as you keep working at it.

Success stories of industry leaders of internet marketers are just my motivation. In internet marketing quitting is not an option, if certain tools and marketing strategies fails, try to figure out where did it go wrong and learn from it. You can always apply new honed skills as you go along. Dedication. Hard work. And time investment is needed if you want to succeed in any field you choose especially in internet marketing. By always giving it your best it will all pays off eventually.
